Holiday Homes
At Cofton we are very proud of our fleet of holiday homes, which have been designed around existing trees and bushes giving a spacious and formal layout. Most look out to pleasing views and are handy for the park's central complex.

There is a wide range of choice which should meet every family size and budget. We let mainly on a Saturday to Saturday baisis but if you keep you eye open we have some great specials running in mid season.

All holiday homes are modern and clean, are fully equipped and boast the highly acclaimed Rose Award grading.

Cofton Cottages
These five unique Holiday Cottages are converted from original farm buildings, located on the main holiday park and handy for the central facilities of Reception, Swimming pools, Swan Pub and mini-market. Ancient Cofton Church and private woods overlook them creating a relaxed setting.

The Eastdon Estate
The Eastdon Estate covers fifty acres of landscaped gardens and mature woodland. A short drive of one and a half miles takes you to another entrance where you'll find Eastdon House, Woodside Cottages and Eastdon Stable.

There are 8 secluded cottages in the grounds of Eastdon House, each considerately converted from hundred-year-old original estate buildings. With breathtaking views across the Exe Estuary and an amazing backdrop of fields and woodland, this is the ideal setting to recharge and unwind.

Eastdon Estate
Guests are welcome to enjoy the grounds of open parkland, woodland and private scenic paths to Dawlish Warren and the main park. All facilities on the main park are also available to you when open between Easter and September, without extra charge.

Eastdon House
Built in the late eighteenth century, boasts one of the finest positions on the Exe estuary. From the striking house lawns slope down to open parkland and magnificent views.

Eastdon House has been tastefully converted into five individual luxury apartments fitted out to very high standards.

Touring and Camping Pitches
Our touring pitches and amenities are recognised as some of the best in the area, we cater for motorhomes and touring caravans. All our touring pitches are on level terraced areas and we now have super pitches and hard standings throughout the year.

We have pitches as close as 10 metres from the fishing lakes or if you prefer you can have beautiful views of the valley from the combeland field. There are 30 acres of delightful parkland to choose from.

Our Location
The beautiful West Country is a popular destination but at Cofton you'll find yourselves away from the crowds in a secluded valley in stunning countryside.

We're just minutes from Dawlish Warren Blue Flag beach on the South Devon coast and convenient for visitor attractions and exciting towns. If it's all-singing, all-dancing nightlife you're after then you'll need to travel to Exeter, but if a quiet country pub and quality time with family or friends is your preference, then you'll find Cofton is perfect.
