Janet & Roy look forward to extending you a warm welcome to their family run Hudson's Bay Holiday Apartments/Flats. We are delightfully situated in a quiet level position just off the sea front close to Paignton's sandy beach, harbour and town centre. Railway/Coach stations are within easy reach.

Hudson's Bay is the ideal base to visit Torbay's many attractions or escape to the peace and quiet of the south west coast path with its breath-taking sea views! The Apartments/Flats, some with sea views all have:-

• Each apartment is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge, micro-wave, colour television with digital free view.
• We have no wall beds
• Beds are made up for your arrival
• Please bring your own wash towels and kitchen towels
• Electricity is metered
• Free WiFi
• All Apartments are heated by electric radiators with partial central heating on the ground floor
• Parking is available at the front of the building with one space allocated for each Apartment.
• Apartments are usually available from 2.30 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure
• All Credit and Debit Cards Accepted

All Apartments/flats are well maintained and cleaned to a very high standard offering you quality self catering accommodation in the ideal location of Paignton.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests we are a non-smoking and no pets establishment.

We are close to the beach and lots of local amenities.

Paignton and the Torbay area has so many things to see and do that one visit will probably not be enough!

Why We Are Different
All our apartments have separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We do not have any flatlets, studio apartments or pull down wall beds. All our double beds are 4'6 and the single beds are 3'.

We recognise that some guests like to relax in a hot bath so we have retained baths in two of our apartments, supplemented with electric showers. Our apartments are furnished in a contemporary fashion and thoughtfully decorated. We are always open to suggestions from guests on how we can make their stay with us more enjoyable.
