The Cherry Tree Hotel is in a prime position on Paignton Sea Front with open views over the bay to Torquay. The magnificent vista from the sea-facing rooms pans across the green to show off the long sandy stretch of beach & the Paignton Pier, with its stunning views of Torbay. The Cherry Tree bed and breakfast Hotel has private parking for guests.

The Hotel has been tastefully decorated and is perfect for a relaxed family holiday and for couples seeking to escape on the English Riviera. The Cherry Tree is also ideally situated for touring the picturesque Devon countryside including Dartmoor. The temperate Torbay climate offers a wonderful seaside experience for the whole family.

Our accommodation comprises 22 comfortable en suite bedrooms, many with heavenly views over the bay. All rooms are tastefully decorated and are centrally heated. Each room has a colour TV with a DVD player, beverage-making facilities with complimentary biscuits, radio alarm clock, hair dryer and mini fridge. Towels and toiletries are provided.

The larger family will be very comfortable in one of our spacious 5 bedded rooms.
We have a charming room with a romantic four poster bed and stunning views from the bay window.
Flowers, chocolates, balloons, champagne etc.can be arranged.
Irons are available on request.

Relax in our comfortable lounge after a day out exploring, or lazing on the beach. Perhaps you'd prefer to play a game - from our collection, read a book, or rent one of our DVDs, watch TV or chat to friends after the days activities.

Indulge in an traditional full English breakfast, freshly prepared for you each morning. At the Cherry Tree we can cater for vegetarians too!

We have a reputation for sourcing quality ingredients from the local Devon countryside, and aim to serve a hearty and satisfying meal to set you up for the day.

Trish, our resident chef, tries to keep it as healthy as possible without compromising on taste, and so will grill rather than fry where appropriate.

Help yourself from a selection of fruit juice, cereals, yogurt and fruit. Then finish off with toast and jam, or marmalade, and tea or coffee.

We have a well stocked bar where you can relax and enjoy a drink, chat to friends or perhaps play darts, cards or dominoes
