If you are looking for a small, friendly Guest House where you can relax in comfortable surroundings, where quality and cleanliness are assured, Lynda & John welcome you to the Crown Lodge.

Upon arrival at Crown Lodge, you will be greeted by your hosts Lynda & John.
After a short check in procedure, you will be shown to your room and given your keys. Please then feel free to make yourself at home, relax and begin to enjoy your stay. A front door key is provided with your room key which allows you to come and go at your convenience.

For those of you that want to take advantage of Devon's surroundings straight away, our foyer and reception area has information and leaflets on all of the areas top attractions.

The spacious private car park gives ramp access to Crown Lodge entrance, and easy, safe access and exit onto Avenue Road.

We are a short drive or level walk to the Sea Front and Riviera Centre.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, Crown Lodge is fully non-smoking and a full fire certificate is held. The accommodation is unsuitable for pets or children.

There are three double bedrooms and one triple at first floor level and one double and one twin bedded room on the ground floor. All are en-suite, centrally heated and double glazed. Each room has a complimentary hospitality tray, colour television and hairdryer.
The fully tiled en-suite rooms have electric easy control showers and electric shaver points.
Ironing facilities are available for guests use also.

Our spacious ground floor Dining Room has individual tables where guests are served Breakfast from 8.45 - 9.15 am with a menu to suit all appetites. Breakfast times can be varied with prior notice.Classic English home-cooked four course meals are served at 6.30 pm. Options are available and special diets are catered for with prior notice.
Sample menus are available upon request.

We are pleased to be classed as a disabled friendly hotel, having an entrance with ramp access. Once inside, there are no steps to our dining room, nor to either of our ground floor bedrooms. We have been graded under the N.A.S. as category M3i (suitable for independent wheelchair users).

Our twin room does not have any specific aids and is consequently only suitable for people who simply find difficulty with stairs.

However, our ground floor double bedroom has been designed with wheelchair users in mind. The room has been furnished to a high standard, and has an adjustamatic double bed. The wet-room en-suite is spacious and accessible to wheelchairs. A shower seat and several grab rails are provided to aid mobility.
We can also provide bed and/or toilet seat raisers, if required.

Directions
From the M5 at Exeter, continue onto the A38.
After approx. 3 miles, fork left onto the A380, signposted Torquay.
Stay on the A380 through the outskirts of Newton Abbot and the village of Kingskerswell, until you reach the roundabout at the start of the A3022 ( approx. 12.5 miles)
Follow the Riviera Way, straight over all the traffic lights for roughly 1.5 miles, until you can see Torre station and Halfords on the right.
Move over into the right lane for the approaching lights.
Fork right (signposted Paignton, Seafront, Brixham).
This is Avenue Road. Crown Lodge is 220yds. on the left.
Pull straight into our easily accessible car park - you have arrived!
